Unlock Hidden Revenue. Improve Performance. Maximise Asset Value.

ParkVision Advisory helps sports clubs, schools, associations, stadiums, council venues, and small businesses identify commercial opportunities, strengthen operations and make better decisions about assets, events and future growth.

Led by Gary Parker-Nance, ParkVision combines more than 20 years of international venue, major event, facility management, commercial and leadership experience with practical advice that is clear, realistic and immediately useful.

"Every engagement begins with understanding where you are today, identifying where you could be tomorrow, and providing a practical roadmap to get there."

Why Organisations Engage ParkVision

Many organisations know there is untapped value in their facilities, events, partnerships or operations, but do not always have the time, structure or independent perspective to unlock it.

·       Revenue growth has stalled or become too dependent on traditional sources.

·       Sponsorship, naming rights, signage or facility hire opportunities are underperforming.

·       Facilities are underutilised, ageing or need clearer investment priorities.

·       Capital projects require independent oversight and stronger stakeholder reporting.

·       Events need better planning, readiness, risk management and post-event review.

·       Leadership teams need clearer strategy and execution priorities.

ParkVision helps identify opportunities, prioritise action and provide a clear pathway forward.

Our Approach

THE PARKVISION PERFORMANCE SYSTEM™

A Structured Approach to Better Decisions, Stronger Performance and Sustainable Growth

Every organisation has opportunities to improve performance, strengthen financial sustainability and maximise the value of its facilities and assets. The challenge is knowing where to focus first.

That's why every engagement at ParkVision Advisory follows the ParkVision Performance System™—our structured advisory methodology that identifies opportunities, prioritises investment and delivers practical, measurable outcomes.

Rather than offering isolated consulting services, we take a disciplined, evidence-based approach that ensures every recommendation supports your organisation's long-term objectives.

Our Five-Stage Methodology

1. Executive Discovery Session - Understanding your organisation.

Every engagement begins with a complimentary Executive Discovery Session. We take the time to understand your organisation, your objectives, your challenges and your aspirations before recommending any advisory services.

2. ParkVision Performance Index™ - Measuring what matters.

Using our proprietary assessment framework, we evaluate the key drivers of organisational performance, including commercial sustainability, facilities and infrastructure, operational capability, governance, strategic direction and asset utilisation.

This creates a clear baseline from which opportunities can be identified and progress measured over time.

3. Strategic Opportunity Assessment - Identifying your greatest opportunities.

Drawing on the findings of the Performance Index™, we identify the initiatives that will deliver the greatest impact for your organisation.

These may include opportunities to:

  • Increase revenue and financial sustainability

  • Improve facilities and infrastructure

  • Enhance playing surfaces and sporting environments

  • Strengthen governance and operational performance

  • Improve event readiness

  • Maximise asset utilisation

  • Plan future capital works

Every recommendation is prioritised according to value, feasibility and organisational impact.

4. Specialist Advisory Engagements - Targeted expertise where it creates the greatest value.

Based on the assessment findings, we recommend only those advisory services that align with your organisation's priorities.

Our specialist expertise includes:

  • Commercial Performance & Growth Advisory

  • Facility, Venue & Performance Playing Surface Advisory

  • Client-Side Project Representation

  • Event Operations & Readiness

  • Strategic Planning & Organisational Development

Because every organisation is different, every engagement is tailored to achieve the outcomes that matter most to you.

5. Annual Performance Review - Supporting continuous improvement.

Sustainable success requires regular review.

Our Annual Performance Review measures progress against previous recommendations, identifies new opportunities and helps ensure your organisation continues to strengthen its commercial performance, facilities, operations and long-term sustainability.

ParkVision Insight Series

The ParkVision Insights Series shares practical ideas, industry insights and proven strategies to help sporting organisations, schools, councils and community venues improve performance, strengthen governance and unlock new commercial opportunities.

Each article is designed to provide practical, actionable advice that organisations can apply immediately. Our focus is on helping leaders make better decisions, maximise the value of their facilities and assets, and build stronger, more sustainable organisations.

At ParkVision Advisory, we believe that sharing knowledge creates stronger organisations, more resilient communities and a more sustainable future for sport.

1. Why Most Sporting Clubs Don't Know Where Their Money Really Comes From

Every sporting club knows how much money came into the bank last year.

Far fewer know where their financial strength actually comes from.

There is an important difference.

Many clubs proudly report:

  • Total revenue

  • Sponsorship income

  • Grant funding

  • Membership numbers

But very few Boards receive a report that answers questions such as:

• What percentage of our income depends on grants?

• If one major sponsor withdrew tomorrow, how exposed would we be?

• Which revenue streams are growing, and which are declining?

• Which assets are underperforming?

• Are we generating the maximum commercial return from our facilities?

• How do we compare with similar organisations?

Without those answers, strategic decisions become difficult.

One of the most common findings I see is that organisations focus on how much income they receive rather than how resilient that income is.

Two clubs can both generate $1 million in annual revenue.

One may have a diversified income base with memberships, sponsorships, facility hire, events and commercial partnerships.

The other may rely heavily on grants and one or two major sponsors.

On paper, they look similar.

In reality, one is considerably more resilient than the other.

Strong organisations don't simply measure revenue.

They measure the sustainability, quality, and diversity of that revenue.

That understanding provides Boards with greater confidence when making investment decisions, planning for the future and managing risk.

Question for sporting leaders:

If you had to remove your largest revenue source tomorrow, how confident would you be that your organisation could maintain its current level of service?
